Tuttle make-up and a few tips – know everything to be beautiful
Watch out for our make-up tutorial to learn all the tricks step by step.
Currently the shops are filled with all kinds of make-up of different brands. When we come back, we don’t even know what to stop and what colour palette we like best. And sometimes you even wonder what it’s all about. When you go through the foundation to the eye shadow, you wonder where to start. And in the end, what is the right technique to adopt?
To learn how to make up, you need to know which makeup corresponds to our facial morphology. And for that we are here to guide you.
How do you determine the shape of your face?
Stand in front of a mirror and tie your hair so that you clean your hair face. You can use a hair band or just a rubber band. The goal is to straighten the hair so that you remove the volume around you to see your face shape. Then take a closer look at your facial features to see if your facial morphology is more or less oval, round, triangular or square.
If you have a round face, look no is that your chin is rounded and your cheekbones are almost unnoticed. The angular features are not noticeable. Either your goal is to lengthen your face. For this it is enough to choose several basic colors. First of all, you can apply a foundation that is slightly lighter than your natural complexion by spreading it over your face. Then use a darker base that you can place on the cheekbones. The idea is to highlight them and play with light.

For square and square surfaces, the main goal is to create rounded lines. Therefore, you also need to set different colors of contouring. Use a darker primer on the face, including chin and jaw, but also the forehead. Keep the foundation for the middle of the face lighter in length. This technique allows you to expand your appearance while losing weight. For a square face, you can concentrate on eye makeup. The pronounced eyes will attract all the attention to this part.
What about the oval face?
The principle of the oval face is that it is symmetrical and rather elongated, with pronounced cheekbones. In general, this type of face is bony and our goal is to soften and enlarge it. Natural make-up is a perfect match for any oval face. Side Contouring is the goal of betting on 2 major colors in the foundation. The darker color should be focused on the forehead and chin, while the lighter color should be on the cheekbones and nose. For an oval shape, the best solution would be to pull the eyes to the sides with an eyeliner. Make-up of the smokey eye type is also ideal for this type of morphology.

6 Makeup Mistakes Women over 40 Make (and the 6 tips to fix them)
Clumpy mascara, heavy eyeliner, bleeding lipstick, yikes! These are just a few of the ways you could be aging yourself with makeup mistakes. As we age our skin changes. For you to look and feel your best, your makeup techniques should also change. In this makeup video, Anna K. shows you the “Do’s & Don’ts” of makeup so that you can avoid pitfalls, and feel good about how you look.
For example: If you have light lashes, you might want to consider getting them dyed, or use a “brown-black” mascara vs. black. Try and find a lash comb that is metal vs. plastic. That will help with separating the lashes. Also, don’t wait until the mascara has dried to do another light coat.
It is a little counterintuitive to use a lighter hand on an aging face. But subtler is better. I like to think that it’s our character and experience that we are enhancing, instead of trying to look young again. I’ve become very gentle with blush especially, not to overdo.
I can’t guarantee that all of the make-up and skincare products I recommend will suit you. I only use products I personally think are good having tried them on myself and my clients but everyone’s skin is different and it’s possible to be allergic to anything. Wherever possible, test products out on yourself before purchasing.
