How to prepare the oranges with brownie filling on the grill

First of all, the filling has to be produced. Melt the chocolate together with the butter in a water bath. Let the mixture cool down a little.

Then stir in the sugar and eggs with a whisk and add the starch and salt while stirring.

Then chop the nuts into small pieces. Cut off the top of the oranges and hollow out the oranges. It is not bad if some of the flesh is preserved. Then fill the brownie mixture into the orange and top everything with a few nuts. Put the orange lid back on and wrap the oranges well in aluminium foil. Remember the top.

Now put the oranges on the grill. Between 45 and 60 minutes the chocolate mass gets as thick as a juicy, airy brownie. You can also put the oranges directly between the charcoal. Then it goes a little faster. Make sure that the oranges are in the right direction so that the chocolate mass doesn’t run out.

And then you can spoon out the delicious oranges and enjoy them.
